Voor Mirella telt eigenlijk maar \u00e9\u00e9n ding: een perfect visueel einderesultaat. Op DTP-gebied trekt ze dan ook alles uit de kast om dit te bereiken \u2013 voor haar klanten \u00e9n voor zichzelf. Daarbij zoekt ze net zolang naar de ideale oplossing totdat ze die heeft gevonden. En vinden doet ze hem altijd, zoals je van een echte \u2018streamliner\u2019 mag verwachten! Wat Mirella betreft moet iets niet zomaar goed zijn, maar onnavolgbaar goed. Voor minder gaat ze niet. Ze is dus pas in haar element als ze kan meedenken met haar klanten. Als ze haar collega-creatieven kan verrassen en ondersteunen met haar unieke talent. Als ze de meest uiteenlopende uitingen kan opzetten, werktekenen, corrigeren en uitleveren. Als ze presentaties en dummy\u2019s kan laten stralen dankzij haar fr\u00f6beltechnische vondsten. Ze werkt snel en denkt pragmatisch, geholpen door haar passie voor beeldbewerken en haar aangeboren tekstgevoel. Plus haar rijke ervaring, waarmee grote retailformules als Praxis, Intratuin, Specsavers, Intertoys, Libris, Hubo en Vodafone hun voordeel al hebben gedaan. Maar dat was toen en Mirella kijkt liever vooruit. Iedereen die een relatie met Crossmarks heeft \u2013 binnen \u00e9n buiten de organisatie \u2013 valt onder de goede zorgen van \u2018caretaker\u2019 Kaatje. Dat is al zo vanaf de start. Dus als iemand tot het DNA van Crossmarks behoort, is zij het wel. Officieel is zij officemanager, die gaat over de administratie, de personeelsadministratie en facilitaire aangelegenheden. Maar in werkelijkheid is haar betekenis voor de organisatie veel groter. Zij kan luisteren als geen ander en mensen \u2018lezen\u2019. Als 100% mensenmens weet zij precies wat er speelt bij klanten en collega\u2019s en wat ze nodig hebben. Zij staat persoonlijk in voor een geweldige sfeer binnen het bureau en zorgt dat het niemand aan iets ontbreekt.
